The Cross Road design is considered to be a Passive House design achieving a Nathers rating well above industry standards.

Due to the high level of engineering, product selection and accurate fabrication processes we achieve the following outcomes that lead to low energy requirements;

High Thermal performance – During the manufacturing process insulation can be easily increased as required to meet any required level of thermal comfort.
Air leakage can lead to increased energy usage to maintain thermal performance – our modules are air tight therefore reducing heat loss and or gains.
Air flow and light flow engineering are very important to the MMOC Group designs as represented by our flagship design, the ‘Cross Road House’
All of the above can be supplemented by the implementation and use of solar assisted services.
